JET is Phillips 66's UK retail brand, supplied from the Humber refinery. Like Texaco, it is a brand carried by independently owned forecourts rather than a company-operated estate, and it has a strong presence in Yorkshire, the North and the East Midlands.
JET sites tend to be smaller and simpler than the majors' — less shop, fewer services, more pumps per pound of overhead. That lower cost base often shows up in the price, and JET is one of the non-supermarket brands most likely to be the cheapest forecourt in a given town.
There is no national loyalty scheme, and no heavily marketed premium grade. The proposition is fuel at a competitive price, which for a lot of drivers is the whole proposition.
